Listening to your body and grounding: A warm-up to release tension from the neck and pelvic area.

Bachata Flow: Simple, rhythmic basic steps that improve coordination and release endorphins.

Somatic relaxation: Alongside the dancing, we practise mindfulness and releasing stress from the body (Somatic Release).

Community: The workshop creates a safe and positive space where everyone can shine as their true self.
Important information:

No previous dance experience is required.

No partner required (solo dance or free partner swapping).

Instruction is available in Finnish, English, Ukrainian or Russian.
