Community Well-being through Dance & Mindfulness

I am a Community Educator student at Humak University of Applied Sciences, specializing in leadng inclusive and low-threshold community activities. I facilitate unique workshops that blend Bachata Lady Style dance with mindfulness techniques and art-based methods (such as intuitive drawing).

My work focuses on social empowerment and mental well-being, specifically for international women and refugees. The goal is to create a 'safe space' where physical movement through dance serves as a bridge to self-expression, stress relief, and social networking.

Currently, I manage an active multicultural community of over 30 participants in Helsinki and Espoo. My expertise lies in group facilitation, multicultural communication, and using art as a tool for social inclusion and integration.
