Team Spirit: Energy and Success
The ‘Team Spirit: Energy and Success’ training course (and workshop) gets the team on the same wavelength: What is team spirit and how can everyone contribute positively to it through their own efforts?
During the training, we’ll explore in more detail how team spirit is formed and the factors that influence it. The aim is to increase understanding and place responsibility on individuals: how my own actions affect the wellbeing of others at work.
In any workshop component, team or community members will work on topics relevant to each team to strengthen team spirit, and we will build mutual trust through various exercises.
The service can be delivered either as a lecture or training session alone, or combined with a workshop component if the aim is to tailor the programme to address a specific team’s challenges or strengths.
Following the training, participants will have a clear understanding of the learning objective:
🪶Every team member is able, through their own actions, to foster a better sense of community spirit and avoid behaviours that undermine it.
The workshop objectives are defined separately.
