Tom Håkans has many years’ experience as a performer, songwriter, speaker and cultural organiser, and has staged concerts, sing-along events, talks and other cultural productions in Finland and Sweden.

Among the larger productions is the charity tour ‘Together for a Better Life’, featuring concerts at the Ritz in Vaasa, the Grand in Porvoo and Alandica in Mariehamn. The production featured, amongst others, the Swedish artist Magnus Carlsson.

As a songwriter, Tom has released a large number of his own songs and has appeared on Vegatoppen on several occasions. His music has been played on the radio, and several of his compositions have been translated and recorded in Finnish, Danish and Norwegian.

Tom also works in music distribution for other artists, helping to distribute and promote new music to radio stations. Through this work, he has built up a wide network of contacts with artists, songwriters, producers and radio stations across the Nordic region.

He also has extensive experience of music programmes and talks for associations, care homes and other cultural organisations. Through regular collaborations with musicians, artists, associations and organisers, Tom has experience of both smaller, intimate events and larger stage and concert productions.
