The Strange Café

Nainen kaattaa toiselle kahvipannusta nestettä, joka muuttuu saippuakupliksi
The Strange Café is a comedic circus theatre performance that combines theatre, science tricks, magic, acrobatics and humour. The performance is completely wordless and captivates both children and adults alike. It is suitable for both small daycare centres and larger stages. In the story, the cheerful café owner's day seems to go completely wrong when all the drinks served to the lady who has arrived behave strangely. Magically colour-changing drinks, mysteriously disappearing coffee, a room filled with soap bubbles and fast-paced pair acrobatics create a hilarious and surprising atmosphere.

The performance shows how unexpected and even seemingly awkward situations can give rise to something new and interesting. It emphasises the power of imagination, playfulness and bold experimentation. The wordless story is conveyed through expressions, gestures and music, making the performance understandable and accessible to everyone, regardless of language. The experience is visual and experiential – one that will remain in your memory for a long time.

The performance lasts approximately 30 minutes. The performance is recommended for children over 3 years of age.
