Åbo Svenska Teaterförening r.f.
Southwest Finland, Turku
Åbo Svenska Teater operates as a regional theatre and tours with productions mainly in the Turku region, Western Uusimaa and the Åland Islands. Where possible, we are also happy to visit other towns in Finland’s Swedish-speaking regions! We often refer to the regional theatre as our fourth stage.
Customer references
In 1981, Åbo Svenska Teater was designated a regional theatre by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The theatre organises performances in local cultural centres, community halls, schools and nurseries.
