The association maintains several orchestras and groups, such as Afrocosmos, Hörhö, Selcimer,
Hendrix Tribute, Teachers Blues, Baltic Sundance, Afrocosmos & Pauliina Diallo project and sound engineering services. In addition, there are Afro dance and yoga classes. These groups are examples of the association's diverse activities.

The purpose of the association is to promote and support music, literary arts, dance and yoga. Musiikki Jooga ry strives to be a platform where different art forms meet and intertwine, creating new experiences and learning opportunities for its members and audience. This is achieved by organising regular rehearsals and workshops. Through these events, members are given the opportunity to develop their skills and share their passion for art with the community.
