Willman Dance Company is a contemporary dance group based in Helsinki that creates unique, human-centred and communicative dance works that address current social issues with a humane approach.
The artistic director of Willman Dance Company is dance artist and choreographer Marjaterttu Willman. In addition to Willman herself, the group consists of versatile artists who share a passion for dance and performing arts.
Willman Dance Company is supported by Tanssin Voima ry, which supports both the group and the annual Tanssin Voima festival.

The activities of Willman Dance Company are supported annually by the City of Helsinki, and the group's founder, Marjaterttu Willman, was awarded the Golden Medal of Merit by the Finnish Theatre Association for her work in promoting Finnish performing arts and theatre in 2020.
Willman Dance Company produces 1-2 premieres/co-productions annually. The group also tours extensively, especially in the Uusimaa region. Currently, the group's active touring programme includes Jonna Aaltonen's 30th anniversary solo performance Words with Isadora (2025), which is performed not only in theatres but also in galleries and exhibition spaces. The tour programme also includes the fun and interactive Voimaeläin (2024) for the whole family and Musta Narsissi (2024) for adults, which deals with narcissism.
The group is currently working on a new site-specific multi-art work called USKO for Suomenlinna. USKO will premiere in August 2026.
