Examples of my work: Luouvuuden leikkikenttä (Playground of Creativity) – guided dance art and cultural activities in daycare centres and primary schools. The classes practise creative problem solving through movement and physicality. Creative tasks are used to strengthen the joy of movement and physical self-esteem, introduce physical imagination and encourage dancing together.

Dance wellness sessions for older people – the aim is to offer older people refreshing physical activities. Dance wellness sessions include easy-to-approach physical exercises that are tailored to the participants' starting points. The sessions can be organised in residential care facilities.

Physical presence – a dance and movement workshop where we pause to focus on our own bodies through gentle movement, dance and body awareness exercises. The course offers a moment to calm down, find well-being through movement and strengthen the connection to oneself.

In addition, I have worked as a dancer and dance maker in several projects in Finland and abroad. You can read more about my work on my website.
