Puppet Theatre Ofelia is a travelling theatre whose performances can be booked for daycare centres, schools and various cultural events. The performers travel comfortably in their own car and bring all the necessary equipment with them. Small bags can hold a lot of big experiences. In addition to performances, workshops and training courses are also available for both children and adults. The workshops are always tailored to the target group so that everyone can experience the joy of success. In the workshops, you can immerse yourself in the enchanting world of puppet theatre by doing and experiencing it yourself.

The Ofelia Puppet Theatre has been touring since 2005. The theatre is a one-woman solo theatre. Over the course of twenty years, the car has changed many times, but the quality of the performances has remained the same. Visual, carefully crafted, compelling stories are the calling card of Puppet Theatre Ofelia. In 2016, Puppet Theatre Ofelia was awarded the City of Porvoo Culture Prize, and in 2020, UNIMA Finland awarded it the Puppet Theatre Achievement of the Year prize.
Ofelia Puppet Theatre is a member of Metropolitan Puppets ry and is involved in developing the association's activities. Together with the City of Porvoo's cultural services, we plan and run a pop-up Children's Culture Centre, Lasten kartano, once a year for two months.
I have been collaborating with Visit Porvoo for two years. I have been responsible for Fredde the Elf's Christmas displays and decorations for the Christmas trail. Lilla Villan is a bilingual cultural centre in Sipoo, with which I have organised travelling exhibitions for children's cultural centres. The first exhibition was Why is Mörkö smiling?, the second was Head in the clouds and the latest was Poetry living room. All exhibitions are still touring and can be booked for different parts of Finland. I am a member of Lillavillan's artistic committee and board.
The Sampo Puppet Theatre is also an important partner. I am an actor, puppet maker and workshop instructor there.
