I guide participants seamlessly from guided meditation to mindful drawing. This combination is a scientifically proven effective method for supporting mental health and wellbeing. Here are the reasons why it works:

Meditation calms the logical and critical part of the mind. When we pick up a pen immediately after meditation, we don’t worry about whether we ‘can draw’ – we simply allow ourselves to express ourselves.
