Duo Nevankallio & Honkonen is a bright, sparkling duo formed by two professional musicians (Elina Honkonen on the cello and Marja Nevankallio on the concert kantele), who share atmospheric experiences, joy and a musical presence in their concerts. In the duo’s music, the deep, warm and resonant tones of the cello and concert kantele blend with the most beautiful musical gems of classical music.

Our duo performs at various events and concerts in the Pirkanmaa region and, if required, further afield. Our extensive repertoire, with a focus on classical music, lends itself equally well to shorter pieces, background music and atmospheric concert programmes.

We would be delighted to share the light and warmth of music with you at events both large and small, in homes or concert halls.
