WHAT IS IT? – a show for families with babies about the wonders of life
“If you pour water from a rubber wellington boot onto the floor, can it turn into an ocean? If you find a ball on the floor, can it turn into a steam locomotive chugging across the land, a parent’s ear, or a baby bird learning to fly? If you provide enough light, water and time, can they give rise to a riot of flowers in a thousand colours?”
The ‘What Is It?’ show is a story about the wonders of life, in which even the most everyday subject is transformed into a great miracle and a gateway to the magical world of play. The performance is watched from your own seat alongside your parent. During the performance, all baby-care activities and a full range of emotions are welcome.
‘What is it?’ is a production by Nuppuensemble, which specialises in art for babies. The performance was originally created in collaboration with the Federation of Maternity and Shelter Homes.

Duration: approximately 30 minutes, after which you are welcome to stay for a moment to admire the props in the performance space.
