The ‘Toisissa tiloissa’ collective’s ‘Metsiydytään!workshops explore the processes of the forest ecosystem through embodied learning, combining art practice and natural science.

In these art workshops, held in a forest setting, we approach the forest experientially through collaborative physical exercises, identifying with the forest’s diverse life. We explore the different parts of the forest and immerse ourselves in the fascinating interactions and cycles of forest organisms. The aim of the workshop is to support and nurture pupils’ relationship with nature through positive insights and experiences, as well as to increase their knowledge of the forest environment and its significance.

The workshop can accommodate a maximum of 20 participants. Suitable for primary school pupils.
