Facilitating workshops
Facilitation is the goal-oriented guidance of teamwork, ensuring that everyone can participate and the objective is achieved within the set timeframe.
The topic of the workshop we’re facilitating can be almost anything: a customer panel, co-creation, brainstorming, values-based work, giving feedback, etc. Set the objective; leave the rest to me.
The facilitator takes care of everything from planning the workshop through to its delivery and reporting. I am an experienced professional in development work and group facilitation. A well-planned, well-timed and expertly facilitated workshop produces better results and strengthens the group’s commitment.

Technical requirements
It is good to have presentation equipment, such as a projector or TV, onto which the presentation can be projected.
