Tea at Six O’Clock – Dance Performance
Tea at Six O’Clock is a whimsical dance piece about a tea party that has come to a standstill. Imagine that the clock always reads six o’clock, and tea time starts all over again, time and time again. The performance features physical and acrobatic choreography that defies gravity. Objects and people dart, slide and fly around the space. The elegant tea party becomes increasingly fun and boisterous as the tea drinkers and the tableware rearrange themselves over and over again. The piece shows children and audiences of all ages that play doesn’t have to end, even in the adult world.
