Elli's film moment involves watching short dance films and discussing the experience. The programme consists of Myrskyryhmä's own films and works by Finnish and foreign dance filmmakers that have become favourites among older people. Community artist and dance educator Elli Isokoski introduces the films and leads the discussion. Movement activities can also be included. No previous experience of art, dance or exercise is required. Elli's film moment is suitable for large audiences, but can also be adapted for individual participants and one-to-one work. The content and duration of the event will be tailored to the participants and audience.
