Sculptor, medal maker and set designer, born and working in Åland. I work as a full-time artist, creating sculptures on commission and realising my own projects. I have won several commissions for public artworks. I am currently working on my own project called Expedition, where I visit one of Åland's 16 municipalities each year with a temporary sculpture exhibition. I think it is important for people to have art in their local environment. For me, it is important that people can interact with sculptures, that they can be touched and are something people can live in harmony with. My works are also represented in the collections of the American Numismatic Society in New York, the British Museum in London and the Åland Art Museum.
