Magician Kari is a full-time children’s entertainer who has given over 3,000 performances at nurseries, schools, libraries and local council events as a professional since 2011. He gives around 200 performances a year across Finland.

Two shows have been created specifically to support educational work: ‘Friendship Skills Experience’ for nurseries (bullying prevention and social skills, VASU) and a magic show encouraging reading for primary schools (OPS, mother tongue and literature, Reading Week). For local authorities, a single day can cover a nursery, a school and a library. For libraries and family events, there is a magic show for the whole family.

All the client needs to provide is a venue and a power socket. I bring my own sound system, table and backdrop, and take care of the set-up myself. The performances are visual and are also suitable for children whose Finnish is still developing. On request, I can speak more slowly and calmly. Performances are also available in English.
