Over the years, we have carried out numerous collaborative projects with various towns and local authorities, educational institutions, care homes, as well as organisations and businesses. Our well-known initiatives include, for example, Hopeasirkus (formerly Kotisirkus), aimed at older people, and Säkenöivä sirkus, run for young adults with learning disabilities and those on the autism spectrum, in collaboration with the City of Helsinki’s Youth Services, the Resonaari Music Centre and Kehitysvammatuki 57 ry. Our work has received numerous accolades, most recently the ‘Senior Citizen Initiative of the Year’ award won by Hopeasirkus.

We sit on the board of the Caravan network, which brings together international social circus organisations and circus schools. We have organised workshops, performances and events in collaboration with, for example, Helsinki Pride, the City of Helsinki’s cultural centres, Kulttuurin kummilapset, Kirkkonummi’s early years education services and the Finnish Model for Leisure Activities.
