We are NowHere Productions, a small and agile video production company specialising in documentaries. In addition to documentaries, we produce photo reports, articles and other documentary-journalistic content on a commission basis.
We have been making short documentaries with our two-person team since 2023. Our team consists of videographer and photographer Giuliano, who studied audiovisual, media and entertainment at the University of Udine in Italy, and reporter-director Sandra, who holds a Master’s degree in journalism from the University of Jyväskylä.
The core of our style is observational filming; in other words, we aim to tell a story by observing activities and interactions between people. In any interviews, we prefer a relaxed conversation in a natural context, rather than sitting the interviewee down in a chair in front of the camera. Our documentaries are approximately 5–20 minutes long.
We speak Finnish, English, Italian and Spanish.
