I, Nicklas Lantz, am professionally involved in virtually everything related to theatre/performing arts. My company, Teater Ofelia, focuses on creating and offering one-act versions of classic plays. Over the years, I have adapted and staged Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet, Cyrano de Bergerac, The Emperor of Portugal, and other works. I also have experience working as a set designer, lighting designer, composer, screenwriter, voiceover artist, film actor, and sound designer.]]As a director: Several productions in collaboration with the Mariehamn Theatre Association. These include Alexander Mörk-Eidem's modern (musical) interpretation of The Jungle Book.

As an actor, musician, lighting designer, set designer and soundscape creator, I have collaborated with Chekhov Machine Company on two productions. As a singer/actor, I have played (leading) roles in musicals staged by Tindra Productions (Petronella Wester) and Ålands Projektkör (Johanna Grüssner), Scenknuten (Eskilstuna) and Scenkonst Sörmland (Sweden). As an actor, I have collaborated with Teater Paria (Eskilstuna), Teater Nära (Ekenäs) and Chekhov Machine Company (Helsinki), among others.

As a screenwriter and sound designer, I have collaborated with the Åland Cultural History Museum. I have produced all the audio tracks for their audio guide. In film, I have provided the narration for the film "The Boy Who Wanted to Go to America" (Pelago Film) and played the role of police chief Sampo Mattsson in the film "Black Water" (Napafilms Helsinki/Lavafilms Poland). With my one-man shows, I have toured year-round in Sweden, Finland and Åland, giving over 800 tour performances in the last 15 years.
