Malviniemi Company is a professional dance company based in Vaasa, Finland, founded in 2011. The artistic director of the dance group is choreographer and dancer Mia Malviniemi, and the repertoire consists of dance works designed by her. Live music and collaboration with musicians and composers have played an important role in Malviniemi's artistic work and have left their mark on the group's works. Dance art content aimed at older people has been produced regularly since 2016. Through the Artist at Home programme, the group has visited the homes of older people to organise creative dance sessions. The Dance for Life project (2024-2025) has brought together dance professionals and dance enthusiasts over the age of 65.
