The Finnish Film Institute (ELKE) is a national cultural association founded by several influential figures in the film industry

In concrete terms, this means diversifying the range of films and other audiovisual content on offer and developing new forms of presentation.
Elke ry A film centre and film expert operating in the Uusimaa region, which organises screenings at Cinema Orion in Kamppi, Helsinki, as well as local film screenings at events and in schools in the Uusimaa region.
ELKE ry represents a catalogue of over 200 classic and new films in Finland, renting films for various screenings nationwide. Through us, you can also book film industry guests to speak at screenings and events.

We collaborate with municipal cultural services, festivals, social and health care providers, and education providers, among others.
