Proosakuiskaaja is a company owned by authors Anne Leinonen and Saara Henriksson, which works to promote books. We offer our services to companies, publishers and private individuals. We provide editing and proofreading services for fiction and non-fiction books as well as audiobooks. We also write reviews of manuscripts. We are able to support our clients from the conception of a book to its publication. We advise on the procurement of layout, illustration and printing services. We advise authors on the completion of their book projects. In text sparring, we provide tools and motivation for scheduling and working on writing projects. We also organise customised writing courses and hold author lectures according to our clients' needs.

We have held a wide range of courses on topics such as working as an author, the structure of a novel and writing short stories. We also run sparring groups where participants work on manuscripts either for their own publication or for submission to a publisher. The content of the courses is tailored to the wishes and needs of our clients. Our company publishes writing guides through our subsidiary, Penelope Publishing.
