Creative Workshops for Well-Being
Creative Workshops for Well-Being are visual arts-based sessions that aim to promote mental and physical well-being. My MA in Creativity and Arts in Social and Health Fields (Metropolia) has enabled me to integrate people and arts in a way that allows their creative self-expression to surface. These workshops also promote a sense of community, relaxation, as well as personal growth and discovery.
Participants In my workshops explore different art techniques discovering new ways to process emotions. The objective is not to perfect in art techniques as these sessions are not targeted for artists (not excluding them either), but to guide the participants to express through visual arts and other forms of arts, what they wish to release or bring more into their lives.
The workshops are divided in parts allowing connection, communication and reflection.

Venue requirements
A quiet room with comfortable chairs and table large enough for the participants to work on an A3 size sheet with space for material and utensils (brush, scissors). There is no need to be only one large table as long as if the participant wants, they can be more on their own and not join the group. We also need extra space for moving and walking around for our warm-up exercises and reflection.Technical requirements
Good lighting as well as natural light if possible.
