The Creative Mind
The Creative Mind offers an opportunity to pause and listen to one’s inner world through art-based methods. The session may include, for example, body awareness exercises, listening to music, painting or other visual expression, and a short writing exercise.
The aim is not to produce a finished work of art, but to explore one’s own experience, strengthen self-expression and make space for the creative process. The session takes place in a safe, non-judgemental and peaceful environment.
