This creative art workshop for young people and children offers a safe and accessible way to explore themes related to the lives of children and young people through painting and discussion. The workshop does not teach painting or evaluate the results – the most important thing is participation, expressing thoughts and feelings, and being heard.

The workshop can address topics such as well-being, everyday feelings, hopes for the future, dreams, identity, coping, or thoughts related to career choices, taking age levels into account. Creative activities help to put into words things that can be difficult to talk about directly.
