Creative art workshop for work teams

The creative art workshop for work teams is a participatory and discussion-based workshop that examines work-related themes through painting and the creative process. The workshop does not teach painting techniques and does not require any previous art experience – the most important thing is to share thoughts, experiences and perspectives.

Painting serves as a tool for discussion and reflection. The facilitated workshop provides a safe space to pause and reflect on topics such as teamwork, strategy, well-being at work, change or values. Working together promotes trust, interaction and new insights.

Technical requirements

The service does not require any special technical equipment. The workshop is conducted without technology, and the client only needs to provide normal room lighting.
