Teatteri Mukamas is a professional puppet theater founded in Tampere in 1979, whose performances bring shared experiences to children and adults alike. Puppets, actors, props, shadows, live music, and modern puppetry techniques are ingeniously combined in the performances.
The theater's idyllic home stage is located in Pispala, Tampere, in the old VPK building. The theater has approximately 250 performances annually, of which about 100 are in Tampere
