I am a professional in applied and performing arts, a theatre expression instructor (AMK), a Master of Theatre Arts, and a professional in community-based, applied art work.

I have worked in the performing arts and cultural sector as an actor, director, scriptwriter, mentor, teacher and lecturer. I have largely created my own working conditions. I have created and produced interdisciplinary projects, site-specific performances, contemporary theatre, spoken drama, puppet and object theatre, and applied art in schools, libraries and care homes. I have created performances for adults and children on traditional theatre stages and outside them, in open spaces and in collaboration with institutions.

I have strong expertise in group dynamics, communication, promoting well-being through cultural means, interaction, coaching, teaching, group facilitation, and mentoring work groups and individuals.

I consider promoting participation and well-being among different groups to be one of my strengths. My postgraduate studies in psychodrama and story theatre have deepened my ability to facilitate group processes and to engage with people by listening to them genuinely.]]
