Skidit-kollektiivi

Helsinki, Uusimaa

Skidit Collective is an award-winning community of creative professionals who create playful and visually powerful cultural experiences for children and families. The collective is led by designer Aino Heikkinen and illustrator-author Sanna Mander. Skidit originated from Skidit Festare, founded in 2010, and has since grown into a diverse contributor to children's culture. The collective organises events, discos, workshops, exhibitions and music projects that combine different art forms, community spirit and a unique visual world.
Its activities include Skidit discos, festivals, pop-up events and art-focused collaborative projects with museums, cities and cultural actors. The collective also produces its own music and audiovisual content.
