I have long worked as a visual and environmental artist, with a practice grounded in a distinctive use of spatial art techniques. I create works that combine mosaic structures with elements such as perforated surfaces, the movement of light, and spatial rhythm. My work is suited to both gallery and exhibition contexts as well as public and architectural environments. I have over 25 years of experience in art projects, public art commissions, and spatial installations.]]<![CDATA[I have created several public artworks, such as *Ovipeili* (Kamppi, Helsinki), *Väriaattori* (Myllypuro, Helsinki) and a wooden façade artwork for the Rantakartano area in Lahti. My works have been exhibited at the Voipaala Art Centre, Galleria Aarn, the Lapinlahti Hospital galleries and internationally in Florence and Paris.
My partners have included the Maa Art School, MUU ry, the Helsinki Suburb Project, the Kone Foundation and several architects and urban planners. I work regularly with architects and builders on environmental and spatial art projects.
