Keramiikkatila SPAJA ceramic studio is a place where you can do pottery. SPAJA organises ceramics and art courses as well as various events. You can also bring your clay works to be fired and rent a kiln for yourself. Whether it's a company wellness day, a child's clay birthday party, an adult birthday party, a stag or hen party, a reunion with old friends or just a regular afternoon with friends, SPAJA is the place to be. The space can accommodate groups of up to 15 people.

SPAJA ceramic studio is committed to ecological values. Raw materials, such as clay, are recycled whenever possible. Ceramics are always fired in fully loaded kilns. The raw materials used in glazes and engobes are known. The workspaces are kept clean and safe.

Sanna Palmu, a designer and Master of Arts, teaches at the SPAJA ceramic studio and can answer even the most difficult questions about ceramics. Sanna is a cheerful and encouraging ceramics teacher who specialises in the chemistry of clays and glazes. Sanna is one of the authors of the Aalto University Ceramics Handbook.
