Helsinki, Uusimaa

Accordionists Maria Kalaniemi and Elina Leskelä have developed a programme designed to activate the emotional memory of elderly people, which is suitable for clients of senior centres, nursing homes and memory service centres.

HoivaPelimannit offers an exciting bouquet of favourite tunes from the boulevards of our memories – beautiful and delicate waltzes, fiery tangos and rousing polkas from Metsäkukki to Satumaa to Säkkijärvi, played by barefoot accordionists from Espoo.

With HoivaPelimannit, you can also sing along to familiar songs or request your own favourites. VårdSpelmännen Maria Kalaniemi and Elina Leskelä offer a delightful bouquet of favourite songs from the boulevards of memory. The concert can be booked for senior and nursing homes. We also speak Swedish.
