I am a filmmaker and musician actively working in the Pirkanmaa region. My areas of expertise include directing, scriptwriting, cinematography, editing and composing for audiovisual productions. I perform Finnish-language indie folk music.

My latest short film, the autobiographical *Mehiläiskesä* (2021), premiered at the Raindance Film Festival and won, among other awards, the Student Award at the Tampere Film Festival, an honourable mention in the Verso Sustainability Award, and the Audience Award for short films. My previous short films, Pintaan (2016) and Orchard Road (2015), have competed at film festivals around the world. My latest music video (Rebekka Holi – Kukkaan) won the Grand Prize at the Oulu Music Video Festival. I release and perform music under the stage name Olva.
