Henrik Perelló (1969-)
musician, arranger and qualified violinist.
Henrik Perelló has served as concertmaster in six Finnish symphony and opera orchestras and is currently a freelancer. He is known as a master of entertaining violin playing across many musical genres, such as Gypsy jazz. As a crossover violinist, Argentine tango and tango nuevo are particularly close to his heart. Perelló performs actively as a soloist and chamber musician in various ensembles. As a studio and film musician, Perelló has recorded and released nearly two thousand tracks. As a versatile musician, he often brings his mandolin and banjo along to gigs. He also arranges music for various ensembles across a range of genres, most recently for the Wasa Sinfonietta’s concerts celebrating Kassu Halonen’s 70th birthday, at which the composer himself was present.
