I am a media professional and a content creator and developer specialising in impact. I have worked as an editor and as an impact producer for documentary films, amongst other roles. I hold a Master of Arts (Communication Studies) and a Master of Media (Editing and Media Production).

I am particularly interested in how the creative industries generate social impact and how this value can be identified, articulated and utilised more strategically in areas such as events, partnerships, funding and development projects.

I see impact work as part of a continuum of responsibility, moving from harm reduction towards a more conscious reinforcement of positive social impacts through cross-sectoral collaboration.

I have experience in structuring impact, content conceptualisation, and the planning and implementation of impact campaigns for documentary films. I have also worked with a research-based approach and have written, for example, a report on impact work in documentary films.

I enjoy working with people from various creative fields and am interested in collaborative opportunities where we can develop new ways of working and make the social impact of cultural activities visible.

I work flexibly on projects of various sizes, ranging from brainstorming and reports to content production, impact campaigns, editing and the planning of alternative distribution models and audience engagement.
