I have worked as a producer and organiser in several EU-funded international film projects at the NISI MASA film organisation, which had its office in Paris, and as a founding member of the Kino Euphoria community in Helsinki, which produces short films. At NISI MASA, we travelled by train from Tallinn to Istanbul for a month in 2020, making five short films with a team of 18 people.

Since 2011, I have been teaching screenwriting and film directing at Aalto University, Tamk, MAA Art School, and in writers' room training organised by the Czech TV Institute and TUKE.TV, among others. The film courses I have taught have received a lot of positive feedback, and I actively strive to develop my pedagogical skills.
