I’m Hanna, a cultural wellbeing professional from Hämeenlinna. At the heart of my work lies a simple idea: creative activity, physical experience and art are the building blocks of wellbeing – not just a bit of extra fun, but an essential part of people’s ability to cope with everyday life and the vitality of the community.

I am a dance teacher, a body-oriented coach, an NLP Trainer™ and a cultural wellbeing services designer (YAMK). My workshops aren’t just fun activities; they have a direct impact on people’s wellbeing, their ability to cope at work and a sense of community.

Creatila is a creative space in the centre of Hämeenlinna. There, I offer cultural wellbeing services to businesses, local authorities, communities and individuals, as well as at clients’ own premises across Finland.

* Väriroiskinta®, a fun painting experience where you don’t have to worry about paint splattering or making a mess. Väriroiskinta is a creative activity with no rules. The aim is to enjoy experimenting, playing with colours and using different materials

* ‘Power of Creativity’ workshop, offering a restorative moment centred on working and enjoying doing things together, without the pressure to perform.

Activities may include:
* Art workshop, colour splashing or creative painting
* Creative writing and word art
* Dance and creative movement
* Moments of respite in nature
The programme is always tailored to the participants, the situation and the objectives.
