I am an Italian guitarist, composer, improviser and lecturer (Oulun Konservatorio and Kuusamon musiikkiopisto) from Pisa, based in Oulu.
I work mostly as a classical musician in solo projects and chamber music, but my expertise extends also to blues, jazz and Brazilian popular music.
I have grown-up between the "freedom" of improvisation and the rigorous classical studies, completing both Bachelor's and Master’s degree in classical guitar with maximum votation cum laude, moreover presenting thesis about Astor Piazzolla's Cinco Piezas for guitar and Heitor Villa-Lobos' composition language and innovation in Brazilian music.
Than I studied Jazz guitar in Italy and in Finland (OAMK).
I have performed in prestigeus halls mostly in Italy and Finland, but also in Spain, Sweden and UK.
I have officially published an album called Satumaani, consisting in contemporary classical guitar arrangments I realized of selected Finnish tangos.
I'm currently working on my project Italian opera journey on guitar, which has been awarded a grant by Oulu2026 and is part of its program with three concerts in spring 2026.
I am also working on new programs, solo guitar, chamber music (guitar and flute duo, flute viola and guitar trio, voice and guitar) and I am preparing also Villa-Lobos' Concert for guitar and small orchestra and Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez for Guitar and Orchestra.
