EntreCom Enterprise Community Oy is an Oulu-based social enterprise working at the intersection of art, creative wellbeing, education and community development. We design and deliver participatory art projects, creative wellbeing workshops, community exhibitions, integration activities, non-formal learning programmes and cultural events for diverse communities.
Since 2021, we have organised more than 650 workshops, events and activities for over 2,500 participants. Our work also includes festivals, collaborative and participatory exhibitions, art fairs, public cultural events and multidisciplinary community projects.
Our expertise includes participatory and community art, art-based coaching, creative wellbeing, learning design, cultural participation, integration, event production and project development. We work with cultural institutions, municipalities, NGOs, schools, artists and international partners to create accessible cultural activities that support creativity, participation, wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

Our productions include Oulu International Art Festival, Arts x Beats Oulu, Art-being Family Club, SEED art coaching programme, collaborative and participatory exhibitions, creative wellbeing programmes, art workshops, cultural events and multidisciplinary community projects.
We have experience in producing activities that combine visual art, photography, performance, music, creative workshops and public participation, as well as projects created specifically with international residents, refugees and other diverse communities.
