Are you interested in art as part of organisational development and training? Are you looking for new energy and renewal for your work community or yourself? Stimulating the senses, creativity and physicality, and utilising the natural environment to leave your mark, acts as a gateway to intuitive, physical and sensory wisdom, as well as freedom from performance pressure. After a quick croquis-style exercise, integrating the experience creates a bridge to the participant's or the workplace's everyday life, creating surprising connections! I have a background in both psychology and art. I have completed professional continuing education in artistic interventions in organisations. I have worked as an art expert for 14 years and have guided dozens of different groups, from work communities to managers, in various work contexts, from one-off workshops to year-long programmes. I have 20 years of experience as a psychologist. My special expertise in communities is facilitating creative thinking and cooperation using visual, physical and multisensory approaches, with freedom, authenticity and courage as my core values. I also have solid experience in art instruction, both at the university level and in the field of liberal adult education. Close to my heart are people, the senses, physicality, nature, colours, emotions and an expressive approach to leaving a mark, as well as the space between the arts and sciences. I also do croquis portraits of people, for example at events.
