Anna Korpilinna

Pirkanmaa, Tampere

I graduated as a painter in 2021.
In my work, I explore emotional experiences and their enduring nature across different eras and social strata. How certain emotions and experiences – such as shame, fear, and the need to be accepted and loved – affect us all, regardless of social class, background, place of residence or era.
This way of thinking also guides the rest of my work and my way of being.

I have been actively involved in the cultural sector in various roles since 2013. I have solid experience in customer service and working with a diverse range of people, as well as in hanging, setting up and dismantling exhibitions and similar events. Since graduating, I have also run an art camp for primary school children and have led and assisted with a variety of art workshops.
