A pre-Christmas party where the whole team paints their own picture. You don’t need to know how to paint, and nobody has to put on a show or compete. The instructor guides the group through the process step by step, and everyone takes home a finished piece – perhaps to place under the Christmas tree.

The workshop isn’t geared towards the young, the sporty or the loudest, so there’s room for the whole team, from trainees to the managing director. When everyone’s hands are busy creating, the conversation flows naturally without any forced social games.

The pre-Christmas party can also be held during the day, within working hours. That way, even those who find evenings difficult can join in.

There are two ways to book a pre-Christmas workshop:

A pre-Christmas workshop at your premises.
We’ll bring an instructor, canvas canvases, paints, equipment and aprons to your premises in the Oulu area, and we’ll tidy up when we leave. Everyone paints a canvas measuring approximately 30 x 40 cm on a Christmas or winter theme. You decide on the food and drinks yourselves, whether the event is alcohol-free or not. It’s easy to organise a festive lunch before the workshop or a dinner afterwards. You can request a specific theme for the painting from the artist in advance.

From €550 + VAT per 10 people; each additional person €55 + VAT.

A turnkey pre-Christmas party.
We organise the venue, catering, art workshop and schedule at selected locations in Oulu. Choose from a historic villa near the city centre, a manor house by the river, or a hotel in the city centre. Ideal for a team or company-wide pre-Christmas party, or as a thank-you event for clients.
You can request a specific theme for the painting from the artist in advance.

Full day from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, from €175 per person + VAT

You can request a Christmas lunch, Christmas buffet or Christmas coffee as part of the package. Christmas menus usually cost slightly more than a standard lunch, and the price depends on the venue.

Drinks service provided by the venue’s restaurant under its own licence, invoiced according to actual consumption. Only non-alcoholic drinks may be served during the art workshop.

Prices apply to weekdays (Mon–Fri), and the minimum charge is for 10 people.

Event options:

Paint and taste. A relaxed classic where everyone paints the same subject.

Soul Painting. Our own art experience concept. An alcohol-free and more profound experience.

Paint a Colleague. Everyone paints a colleague. The most fun and daring option for pre-Christmas parties, and the paintings can be used to create a portrait gallery of the whole team on the office wall.

Watercolour and gouache. A lighter and more subdued option, with a mild scent.

Tailor-made. Tell us your wishes, and we’ll design a workshop just for you.

The service includes instructors, all materials and equipment, protective gear, and finished artworks for participants.

We come to Oulu and the surrounding areas: Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Tyrnävä, Muhos, Ii and Haukipudas. We can also arrange for longer journeys.

The pre-Christmas party season fills up quickly. For our ‘turnkey’ pre-Christmas parties, we need details of any special dietary requirements and your preferred workshop theme at least 21 days before the event.
