Stella Polaris Improv Theatre is an association founded in 1990, whose members are professionals in the fields of performance and improvisation. The group consists of passionate actors, musicians, lighting designers and sound designers whose particular expertise lies in long-form improvisation across various genres. Our home theatre is at the Aleksanteri Theatre in Helsinki, but we also undertake tours and commissioned performances throughout Finland.

Our repertoire also includes performances aimed at specific audiences, such as children, secondary school pupils and older people.

In addition, we offer communities a wide range of tailored interactive training sessions and commissioned performances.
