GAIA
In Greek mythology, Gaia is the mother of all life — a woman whose body is inseparable from the Earth itself. This solo performance embodies Gaia, drawing inspiration from the voices and rhythms of nature. Throughout the piece, the sounds of Mother Nature are reborn through movement. Sound and sight come together, amplifying one another to create true harmony and oneness. The show guides us on a journey through the seasons of the year, inviting us to feel at home — one with nature.

Optional workshop
The performance can be booked independently and, if desired, complemented by a workshop.
Workshop title: Inner Landscape
The workshop lasts approximately 20–40 minutes, depending on the needs, age group and number of participants.
The Inner Landscape workshop is connected to the GAIA performance and transforms its world into a personal movement-based experience.
The workshop is a guided movement and improvisation practice that invites participants to explore their own bodies, senses and movement. Inspired by sounds, images and sensations from nature, we use associations and let them become impulses for movement.
Through the tasks, we increase body awareness, develop our sensory perception, and explore the joy and pleasure of movement and dance.
The workshop can be adapted to different age groups and to a variety of physical and mental conditions. It can also be performed in a seated position, and even with a minimal range of movement, it offers an opportunity for a joyful, playful and deeply engaging movement experience.
