An art workshop where the whole workplace creates its own artwork. You don’t need to know how to paint, and nobody has to prove themselves. The instructor guides the group through the process step by step so that everyone leaves with a finished piece.

The workshop is designed for teams that don’t share a common hobby and don’t want to compete with one another. When painting, people talk differently than they do in a meeting room, and they see sides of each other that aren’t usually apparent at work. That’s why this also works well for team-building with new teams and in situations where the group has been apart for a long time.

You can choose the option that suits your group best:

Paint and taste. A relaxed painting session where everyone creates their own piece. The most popular option for team-building days.

Acrylic pour. Colours are poured onto the canvas and the final result is created by movement, not a brush. The easiest to get right, so it’s suitable for groups where the barrier to painting is high. Please note that the artworks take around two days to dry on site.

Watercolour and gouache. A gentler, quieter option, with light materials and a subtle scent.

Life drawing. Quick observational sketching from a live model. Suitable for groups who want to learn something practical.

We can also suggest a few topics in advance, from which the group can choose their own. Large groups are accommodated either by having several instructors in the same space or by dividing the group into different workshops during the same day.

The service includes an instructor or instructors, all materials and equipment, protective gear, and finished artworks for the participants. We’ll come to the client’s premises in the Oulu region. If you don’t have your own venue, we’ll arrange one by separate agreement.

The client decides on the refreshments. These can be arranged as non-alcoholic or alcoholic, or everyone can bring their own.
