Facilitation Fasaani organises surprisingly enjoyable workshops and colourful training sessions from the Kymenlaakso region across Finland.

I act as a moderator in panels and at events, and I have also received training in facilitating ‘Erätauko’ discussions.

I organise more relaxed programmes for well-being days or on request: eco-wreath-making workshops, team-building activities, ‘Get to Know Your Colleagues’ sessions, or the ‘Song of My Life’ quiz.

In everything I do, I take a people-centred approach, and we start by going through the principles of creating a safe space together. I always stay on schedule and work with a focus on objectives, in close collaboration with others.

I am a professional facilitator: my degree in Social Services (AMK), combined with my experience in training and facilitation, is an excellent combination, and I facilitate a wide range of groups, from craft workshops to development workshops. I also enjoy facilitating community art and other group activities, even when the group members do not know each other beforehand.
