Register as a creator in Culture Bank

Any association, company, cooperative, working group, or individual operating professionally in the field of culture and art and offering on-demand cultural or artistic services may register as a creator. Read more about the eligibility criteria.

The creator’s municipality of residence/registration must be in one of the following regions: Åland, South Karelia, South Ostrobothnia, South Savo, Kanta-Häme, Kymenlaakso, Pirkanmaa, Ostrobothnia, North Karelia, North Ostrobothnia, Päijät-Häme, Satakunta, Uusimaa, or Southwest Finland. The applicant’s identity and municipality of residence are verified via suomi.fi authentication during registration.

The Culture Bank moderator will review the information and send you an email once your registration has been approved. Only after approval will your information be publicly visible, and you will be able to add services and edit your details.

The Culture Bank is administered by the City of Tampere’s Public Cultural Services in cooperation with fourteen regions. Creators themselves are responsible for the content, accuracy, and copyright compliance of their services. The sale and marketing of services are the responsibility of the creators. Creators and purchasers always agree on the details of an order directly between themselves.

The Uusimaa Culture Bank will open gradually during the fall

Registration for creators of art and culturewill open in Uusimaa region during the fall. Creators can fill out their applications once the website is open, and applications will be processed as the Culture Bank service is rolled out in municipalities in Uusimaa. Municipalities and cities will inform creators of art and culturein their areas about the detailed schedule.
